ERIN CASTANEDA, BSN, RN, BSH

Maternal and Newborn RN, Co-Owner

I have been a nurse for 15 years and 9 of those as a Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum Nurse. Moms and babies are my passion. I always knew I wanted my career to be in the OB field from the time I was a young girl. I love all things holistic and enjoy studying and researching healthy ways to improve my families everyday life. I recently became a mother and my family is all out of state, the realization of how important at home postpartum support is weighs heavy on my heart. I desire to help new moms make their adjustments go as smoothly as possible so they feel wonderful and enjoy every second with their sweet littles.

LISA HARRIGER, RN

Maternal and Newborn RN

I’ve had a lifetime love for children.  I became a pediatric nurse over 40 years ago, working in the pediatric ICU, the newborn nursery, on the OB/ Postpartum floor, 20 years in a pediatrician’s office and many years as a school nurse. I’ve always said my favorite job was caring for and loving on newborn babies and helping educate their parents on baby care.  My husband and I raised 3 amazing children. Currently, I’ve had the most wonderful job of loving  and helping care for my 5 grandchildren. We were recently blessed with,  now, 4 month old twins so I’ve been a “nighttime nanny” again, loving every minute!

I’ve also volunteered as a children’s Sunday school teacher for many years and just finished a 2 1/2 year case as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) representing foster children in Tarrant County.  So much of my life’s focus has been on children.

I have been a RN for 9 years. My specialities are mother-baby and pediatrics. I did mother-baby travel nursing for 5 years before moving permanently to Texas last year. Caring for babies and mothers has always been my passion. I knew in nursing school that this was the type of nursing I wanted to pursue. When I am not working, I am traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am BLS certified.

KIRSTEN BAILEY, BSN, RN

Maternal and Newborn RN

I currently work in the hospital as a Mother/Baby RN and fall in love with the job more and more every day! Ever since I decided to become a nurse I knew that I wanted to work with mothers and babies. Postpartum, also known as the fourth stage of labor, is not always easy. Exhaustion, breastfeeding, learning to care for a new human! But it can also be a beautiful season, especially when you have help even with the small things. I am skilled in breastfeeding, infant care, and care of mothers postpartum. I am NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.

Maternal and Newborn RN

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Texas Woman’s University and began my journey in birthwork as a registered nurse in women’s services (labor & delivery, postpartum, nursery.) I have served at freestanding birth centers, OBGYN physician offices, and the hospital setting assisting with perinatal care, infant care, and breastfeeding assistance. I currently work postpartum in the hospital setting and teach infant CPR classes for parents.

My great work is to help new mothers have the systems, insight and confidence to find more ease and flow in their motherhood journey. In my free time, I enjoy grocery shopping, cooking, and singing. I love yoga on the beach, fresh foods, live music and a clean home.
